1Subscription and Billing

All payments, including monthly and annual subscriptions, are securely processed by Creem, our official Merchant of Record. By purchasing a Cosearch subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy as well as Creem's Terms of Service.

2Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following specific conditions:

  • Initial Purchase: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first-time monthly subscription, or within 14 days of your first-time annual subscription, if you are unsatisfied with the service.
  • Technical Issues: If a technical defect prevents you from accessing "Pro" features (e.g., Vector Search or GPT-4 models) and our support team cannot resolve it within 3 business days, you are eligible for a refund.
  • Accidental Renewal: For auto-renewals, we offer a grace period. You must submit a refund request within 48 hours of the renewal charge, provided that you have not utilized any "Pro" AI quotas during that period.

3Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Your account has been suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., reverse engineering or illegal scraping).
  • You have significantly consumed your monthly AI model quotas (Gemini/GPT) before requesting a refund.
  • Partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription month or year.

4How to Request a Refund

5Refund Processing

Once your request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed by Creem.
  • Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Most refunds appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
